How is pricing determined?
By applications, users, branches, integrations and support level. Your written quote separates setup from the annual subscription.
When does the year start, and how do I renew?
Your quote defines the start of the annual term and renewal pricing or how it is determined. We contact you before expiry to arrange renewal and payment.
Is customization unlimited?
Configuration, training and support follow the written scope. Additional custom development has a separately agreed cost and timeline.
Do I own the application? What about my data?
The subscription grants use during the term, not ownership of the source code. Your company owns its data; export and retention arrangements at contract end are defined in the agreement.
