Who handles your request?
ZI Tech OÜ receives demo requests submitted through the ZI TECH website. Contact hello@zarzour.tech with questions about your request data.
What does the form collect?
Your name, company name, email, phone, selected application, expected user count, and a description of your needs, together with your consent to storage and contact about the demo and quote. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data in your description.
How is it used?
To review your needs, arrange a demo, prepare a quote, and follow up. Requests are stored in the request management system. Administrators can add status updates, communication notes, and follow-up dates.
Notifications and technical services
Team email notifications may include your request details, selected application, and a link to the request. The website uses technical services for hosting, data storage, and email delivery. Session data supports sign-in and language preferences when you use these features.
Questions, corrections, or deletion
Contact us from the email associated with your request to ask about your data, correct it, request deletion, or stop demo follow-ups. We review requests and verify your relationship to the data before acting. This notice concerns demo requests; arrangements for your company's data within applications are defined in the service agreement.
